Re-Sealflex® – Resealable barrier films

Re-sealflex® is a coextruded polyethylene film designed for lamination onto biaxially oriented substrates, enabling the production of resealable and recyclable packaging for the food industry.
Re-sealflex® is specifically developed for lamination onto biaxially oriented films such as BOPP, BOPE, or PET, as well as other flexible structures. This compatibility makes it possible to create high-performance complexes suitable for modern packaging lines.
The film is peelable and resealable, and is suitable for sealing on PE, PET, and PS trays, ensuring clean, controlled, tear-free opening.
Thanks to its integrated resealable technology, the packaging can be opened and resealed up to 10 times after the first opening, allowing:
gradual consumption of the product,
reduction of food waste,
elimination of the use of additional packaging (films or bags) to protect leftovers.

Technical properties:
High-performance resealable function integrated into the film structure;
Excellent peelability on trays;
High compatibility in lamination with bi-oriented substrates;
Good mechanical resistance to prevent tearing during opening;
Protection of contents thanks to good moisture barrier properties;
Optimized processability on VFFS, HFFS, and traditional lamination machines;
Printability in flexography, gravure, and digital printing (as an inner layer of printed complexes).
