PaperG – Liners for paperboard or cellulose trays
PaperG offers customizable adhesion depending on the tray material and the desired ease of separation between the film and the cardboard. Thanks to its coextruded structure, it requires no glue and allows the cardboard to be easily separated, facilitating sorting and end‑of‑life recycling.
It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including skin sealing and modified‑atmosphere packaging (MAP). Its structure allows direct microwave heating and is suitable for all types of food products, fully meeting the requirements of the food industry.
From a technical standpoint, PaperG ensures excellent and uniform adhesion to cardboard, while offering high adaptability to different tray shapes, including flat surfaces. It stands out for its remarkable mechanical strength, capable of withstanding tearing, puncture and breakage, and it maintains its performance even under heat, particularly on the peelable side. It also provides barrier properties, controlled peelability and effective sealability, enhancing the overall functionality of the tray.
Halal‑certified, PaperG meets the requirements of international markets.
